Welcome to our hidden paradise on the edge of the Comboyne plateau overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Sean and I welcome you to this amazing property and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We moved to the township of Comboyne 22 years ago from Singleton in the Hunter Valley from mining and started the Udder Cow Cafe and accommodation at Lizard Island in the township of Comboyne. As time passed and we sold Udder Cow (which still operates today) our family developed and we have two children, Matilda 16 yrs and Charlie 21 yrs both working in our businesses.  Cafe Culture International - a media, marketing and events company producing Cafe Culture Magazine and Cutthroat a mens journal magazine and the World’s largest roasting competition Golden Bean both in Australia and Portland Oregon. Our Port Macquarie business Peak Coffee Australia is a coffee roastery and brew lab which roasts coffee for the mid north coast and supports a Indian farm in Thalanar Estate supporting 200 families in which we are all very proud of. All our coffees are farmgate so we hope you enjoy them on your stay.
